Insulation: Halogen-Free, Flame-Retardant PVC

Conductors

Material: High-purity annealed copper, compliant with ASTM B-3/B-8 standards, ensuring low resistance and superior conductivity.

Construction: Fine-stranded, multi-conductor design (Class 5 or 6 stranding) for enhanced flexibility and bend resistance.

Coating: Optional tin-plated finish for improved corrosion resistance, ideal for humid or chemically aggressive environments.

Separator

Function: A halogen-free polyester tape or mica barrier layer may be included between the conductor and insulation for mechanical protection and electrical stability.

Material: Halogen-free materials ensure thermal and dielectric reliability under high temperatures.

Voltage Rating

Rated Voltage: 300V or 600V, compliant with UL standards for low-voltage power and control systems.

Insulation & Jacket Materials

Insulation: Cross-linked polyolefin (XLPO) or LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) thermoplastic for high dielectric strength and heat resistance.

Resistance Properties

Conductor DC Resistance: Meets UL 1581 standards (e.g., ≤5.21 Ω/km for 20 AWG at 20°C).

Insulation Resistance: ≥500 MΩ·km at 20°C (tested at 500V DC).

Temperature Range

Continuous Operation: Rated for 90°C.

Operating Range: -40°C to +105°C, resistant to thermal cycling in harsh environments.

Short-Circuit Tolerance: Withstands +250°C for up to 5 seconds (per UL 1581).

Certification: Passes UL long-term aging tests (e.g., UL 1581 Section 50).
