Material:High-purity annealed copper, compliant with ASTM B-3/B-8 standards, ensuring low resistance and superior conductivity.

Construction:Fine-stranded, multi-conductor design (Class 5 or 6 stranding) for enhanced flexibility and bend resistance.

Coating:Optional tin-plated finish for improved corrosion resistance, ideal for humid or chemically aggressive environments.

Isolationswiderstand:≥500 MΩ·km at 20°C (tested at 500V DC).

Continuous Operation:Rated for 90°C.

Betriebsbereich:-40°C to +105°C, resistant to thermal cycling in harsh environments.

Short-Circuit Tolerance:Withstands +250°C for up to 5 seconds (per UL 1581).

Zertifizierung:Passes UL long-term aging tests (e.g., UL 1581 Section 50).
